What To Do About GETTING INTO THE SHOWER

I am sure you all are getting into a lot of things these days. Maybe getting into bed, getting into the car, or getting into the holiday spirit. Either way you need to get into the shower sometime. Whether you jump in, step in, or slide in, you need to remember that getting in is a must.

You have heard us write about jumping in the shower and taking hot showers, but there are some things that need to be cleared up or elaborated upon. Like shower transfers, these are nice but can burn the snot out of yourself. You must ease into the shower because your wife or husband may be trying to burn your smelly right off your feet!

Easing into a cold shower will help the shock of it to not be so shocking. Just start toe by toe and inch your leg in. Once you get into it it’s not so bad, it’s like listening to Christmas music on the radio. It can be painful at first but once you relax it can be soothing and make you feel jolly… much like a good shower can, jolly and clean all in a single rub of the soap. Like a magic sudsy genie ready to grant you three warm washy wishes.

If you are wondering where I am going with this, straight to the shower. I need to go and cleanse off some of this marginal humor or something.

I'm confused… why get into a cold shower at all??? I only get into hot showers as a rule, and then you don't really have to ease in at all, you just test the water with your hand and if it is at a temperature to your liking you hop right on in.

Terry your crazy!! I hate cold showers I never feel like I get a quality shower. Besides I like to feel like a man when I step out of a shower if you catch my drift?

    Drift caught!

When you are forced to take a cold shower then you will end up hating it, but if you ease into them all is well.

You know… there are some excellent health benefits from the water therapy of switching between cold and hot water during a shower… it stimulates the body to produce anti-oxidants as well as stimulating blood flow… just a note
